01Agreeing to these terms

These terms apply when you use magnoliadriver.com, create an account, buy or take a course, or book behind-the-wheel training with Magnolia State Driving Academy. By doing any of those things, you agree to them.

If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must accept these terms for you and is responsible for the account and any payments.

02Who can enroll

Our online courses are open to students who meet the age and residency rules of their state. Behind-the-wheel training is available inside our service area in north-west Mississippi.

You must give accurate information when you enroll. Certificates are issued in the name and details you provide, so mistakes can delay or invalidate them.

03Your account

  • Each account is for one student. Do not share your sign-in details or let someone else take the course for you.
  • Keep your password private and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
  • You are responsible for what happens under your account.
  • We may suspend an account that is used to break these terms, to cheat, or to misuse the site.

04Online courses and certificates

Course access starts when your payment is confirmed. You may study at your own pace, and your progress is saved as you go.

  • 30 hours online Drivers Ed must be completed in full, including any required time and quizzes, before a completion certificate is issued.
  • Knowledge Test Prep is a study product. Access lasts 3 days from the moment payment goes through and then expires.
  • Certificates are issued in the student’s name and are not transferable.
  • Requirements set by the state, such as hours or approved content, can change. When they do, we update the course to match.

Completing our course prepares you for the state’s tests but does not itself grant a permit or licence. Those are issued by the state licensing authority after its own tests.

05Behind-the-wheel lessons

  • Lessons are given one-on-one by a certified instructor in a dual-brake training vehicle, with pickup and drop-off inside our service area.
  • The student must hold a valid learner’s permit or licence and bring it to every lesson.
  • If you need to change a session, call the office as early as you can and we will move it.
  • An instructor may end or reschedule a lesson if the student appears unwell, impaired or unfit to drive, or if road or weather conditions make it unsafe.
  • The student must follow the instructor’s directions and all traffic laws during the lesson.

06Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars on the site at the time you enroll. Payment is taken in full at checkout through our payment processors (Stripe, PayPal or Authorize.Net).

Bundles, such as adding six hours of behind-the-wheel training to a course, are charged at the bundle price shown. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

07Acceptable use

When using the site, you agree not to:

  • have someone else complete modules, quizzes or exams for you, or use tools to do so;
  • copy, share or resell course videos, guides, questions or other materials;
  • try to get around access limits, security or payment checks; or
  • harass instructors or staff, or use the chat and messages for anything unlawful.

Breaking these rules can lead to the account being closed without a refund, and the course may be marked incomplete.

08Course materials

All course content, including videos, manuals, study guides, questions, graphics and the site design, belongs to Magnolia State Driving Academy or its licensors. Your enrollment gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use it for your own study while your access lasts.

09Our pass guarantee

If you finish the course you bought and do not pass your knowledge test, we will keep working with you at no extra charge until you do. Tell us within 30 days of your test and we will arrange the extra sessions.

The guarantee covers extra instruction. It is not a cash refund and does not guarantee a result on any state test.

10Limits of our responsibility

We work hard to keep the course accurate and the site available, but we cannot promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. Driving laws are set by each state, and the official handbook and licensing authority remain the final word.

To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any claim connected with a course or lesson is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.

11Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi. If a dispute arises, please contact us first; most problems can be settled with a phone call.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page, with the date at the top, is the one that applies. Changes do not affect courses you have already paid for.
